I believe that EVERYONE can truly learn to live EVERY day with joy, contentment & happiness (even on those days when "life happens")... and students have witnessed this truth with TLC and implementing the teachings even one baby step at a time...
Find out why we have students who have registered for TLC every year since it started... and even after the 3 years of content, most have continued with TLC... (After 3rd year, all students get a Coaching Certificate. Whether they choose to Coach or not, I truly believe the learning becomes even more "expanded & embodied" for the teacher who even only has one student, which is why I offer this... and the 3 years of content is all on the website to easily share with their students & offer Coaching classes. )
This is especially designed for anyone who has not been practicing their own TLC because they've been giving too much, have had life experiences they can't get over, or need positive changes either in their families, friend groups or in their careers...
They want to feel content & joyful every day of their life, and get that "skip in their step" back into their life that they had as a child...
We've had students who have made big changes in their life that they feel would not have happened without TLC such as:

TLC is taught by myself, Christina Thoen & assistants as needed. After 30 years of creating Masterpieces of Art, exploring colour, over 25 years of witnessing students change their lives through art, writing my book, "Life... Create Your Own Masterpiece!" and hearing the response of being inspired, but "Christina, how do you do it?" I created TLC - my signature Life Practice that is the "nuts and bolts" of the "how to" on a day to day basis, which is transforming people's lives on an even deeper level ...
