DAILY 8's - HAVE TO's : (Remember 8-8-8)
-Spontaneous Hugs to Yourself - saying "I Love Myself" WHENEVER you notice yourself doing something GREAT for yourself! xo
- say 2 Affirmations above X 4 times/day = 8 Affirmations/day
- drink 8 cups of water/day - (helpful for your body to adjust to the changes in your energy that are happening)
- lay flat on your back (on a bed or on the floor) 8 minutes/day - (give your body a chance to assimilate the changes)

Evening Serenity prepares your body/mind/soul for a restful sleep! Each month, you will find out what practices resonate with you to anchor your transformation... Start with one and add as each becomes a part of your routine. These can keep building each month - so BABY steps..... and don't worry if you're not doing it ALL - No worries - this is not a race... Just keep having the intentions and more and more will become a part of your life! It takes a while to create great habits and routines. AND lastly - your monthly theme activity:
BLUE'S THEME ACTIVITY - Write on a piece of paper every time that you can ever think of that you haven't been honest - either to yourself, or to someone else... Put in as much detail as you can - how old you were, the circumstances, why etc...
Then say the following prayer to yourself:
"I forgive myself for all of the untruths I have ever spoken out loud to others and silently to myself. Starting this day forward, I will do my best to communicate with clarity and truth, knowing that this will give my life much more ease as honesty becomes more and more a part of my everyday life."
You can now either burn the paper or throw it into the garbage signifying that this was the past and has nothing to do with your future. :)
Then say the following prayer to yourself:

* GREEN CHECK-IN: Think about if there is anyone you need to either forgive or "let go" because there seems to be some unresolved/uncomfortable energy when you think of them. Do a cord-dissolving exercise for this.
*YELLOW CHECK-IN: As you look at your Envision Board (hopefully daily!), over time, you can decide what things might need to be added (or even taken away) as you resonate with each part of what you really want in your life! What do you see as really being your TRUTH?
*ORANGE CHECK-IN: Continue to declutter anything that needs to "go"... Ask "Is this person/thing truly beneficial for me?" If not, chuck it!! We are getting rid of baggage... there's no room for Joy if there's Baggage...
*RED CHECK-IN: DREAMS/GOALS -- Look at your "Dear God" Dreams and Goals and see if any baby steps have started... otherwise start making intentions - write in your Journal anything you need to add or change. Baby steps towards goals that you know are your TRUTH!!

ART FUN: Write your 2 Affirmations in ANY way you'd like - and decorate with drawings/shapes/etc. around - colour them however you'd like - (crayons or paint on canvas, etc), hang somewhere that you see it and take a photo for your phone's lock-screen wallpaper
BLUE's DARE: Write a letter to yourself - tell yourself the truth about how amazing you are - try and explain in as much detail as you can all of the parts about yourself that you truly admire. List as many as you can - regarding all of your strengths and attributes. Don't be shy and don't feel any shame... nor guilt... this is your chance to boast - it's OK!! You don't need to think of anyone else's feelings - no one else is reading this letter - it's your personal letter just to yourself!
BLUE's DOUBLE DARE: Find your voice and tell someone what you've been wanting to tell them for some time... If you find it easier to write it out, do that - your voice doesn't always need to be the spoken word. It can be the written word too! :)
NUTRITION CHALLENGE: Put some apple cider vinegar in your drinking water... 2 tbsp/day has huge health benefits: weight loss & reduces belly fat, lowers blood sugar, kills bacteria, detoxifies the body, helps your body maintain a healthy alkaline pH level,and more...
BLUE is our COMMUNICATIVE intelligence - adding Blue into our lives in any way is helpful for learning to express oneself and one's beliefs, our ability to communicate with and trust others. From eating Blue food to wearing Blue clothing, to adding Blue touches into our environment (maybe laying and looking up at the blue sky even), connects you to your inner truth and inspires you to discover more of who you really are.
Other tangible ways of adding the Blue frequency into our lives include:
