EVENING SERENITY - NB TO BE FEELING GREAT BEFORE BED!
Evening Serenity - (The Feel Great Five...):
Do what works for you - I often do these in the tub! :)
1. Tapping anything that happened today that you need to release. (once you've learned how in the video in Weekly Weeding Colour Corrections)
2. Louise Hay’s (what she calls a "Treatment") to the right - (Look at yourself in the Mirror when you say this - NB)
3. “Receiving” meditation - Hands in prayer position (or on your heart), asking "Dear God (Or Universe, Spirit, etc. ) , What do I need to know today?" Answering to yourself (hands outstretched, palms up), "Dear Your Name, you need to know that.... " - allow whatever comes up - don't think - just talk out loud (you will be surprised at what comes from God or your "higher self" , Universe, etc.!) I've had amazing insight come through with this meditation.
4.Visualization - take 2 minutes to imagine exactly what you'd like (shut your eyes, try to "picture" it, and try to "feel" it as being real too!)
5. Journaling & Prayers - before Bed - Gratitude (write down 3 new things you are grateful for each day... and one positive experience you had today & in bullet form the details about it) , sending Love vibes out and whatever else is on your mind that you want in your life.
(The minutes before falling asleep are crucial to setting your subconscious mind on what you WANT your life to look like!)
FUN FACT: Putting your hands in the Prayer position calms your brain, reduces stress, and opens your heart! xo
