GREEN'S THEME ACTIVITY - CORD Dissolving - forgiving and/or "letting go" of those people who no longer serve you or need to be a part of your life's energy. You can redo this as many times as you would like to with different people in your life (but only do one/week). Any relationship that we have with other people creates a cord between us. It is an energetic cord that is just below the sternum. When we have unresolved issues or have ended a relationship with someone, this cord of energy can keep us connected long after the fact. This can cause sadness and emotional upset in our lives, giving us drained energy and also negative energy, depending on the circumstances around the relationship. It is always positive for both involved as it allows you both to move forward. It's like letting go of baggage that neither of you need. You will feel the sense of "freedom" and lightness come over you - and they will actually feel it too! You choose if you want to plug a new healthy cord back in - if it's someone that will always be in your life, letting go of old baggage but starting fresh is empowering for both of you! Funny how the word em"power"ing has to do with having healthy "energy" cords with others! Truth is you can't get your LOVE energy to be totally vibrant and glowing unless you can get rid of unhealthy cords.. you're lucky a fire didn't start! ;)

*YELLOW CHECK-IN: As you look at your "Envision" Board (hopefully daily!), over time, you can decide what things might need to be added (or even taken away) as you resonate with each part of what you really want in your life! What does your heart resonate with?
*ORANGE CHECK-IN: Continue to declutter anything that needs to "go"... Ask "Does this item make my heart happy?" If not, chuck it!! We are getting rid of baggage... there's no room for Joy or Love if there's Baggage... hence the Cord Dissolving above too!! :)
*RED CHECK-IN: DREAMS/GOALS -- Look at your "Dear God" Dreams and Goals and see if any baby steps have started... otherwise start making intentions - write in your Journal anything you need to add or change. Start with a baby step on a goal that you LOVE!!

BOOK OF THE MONTH: "A Return to Love" by Marianne Williamson - her explanation and understanding about a miracle being just a shift in perception and her insights on "A Course in Miracles" regarding the application of love in search of inner peace!
ART FUN: Write your 2 Affirmations in ANY way you'd like - and decorate with drawings/shapes/etc. around - colour them however you'd like - (crayons or paint on canvas, etc), hang somewhere that you see it and take a photo for your phone's lock-screen wallpaper
GREEN's DARE: Write out an apology letter to someone you haven't forgiven about something and give it to them! :) Woop Woop! This is HUGE... Since it's spring, if possible do this outside in nature so you can feel more loving green zen as you write your letter too!! :) PS. If you really can't give it to them, then just tear it up or burn it, and along with that, decide to let go of whatever hurt was there.
NUTRITION CHALLENGE: Focus on eating more colorful foods - You've heard "You are what you eat" and this is especially true with the colours of your food too. Tumeric is probably one of the healthiest spices you can eat - and it has a very vibrant yellowish orange colour! It also turns out that eating your "greens" is one of the most important of all colours to make sure you eat!! (Makes sense as Green is also a very important frequency, it is crucial to have it vibrant, and it is at the centre of your "white light"... ) Truth is bland coloured foods are not as healthy, and create a bland life. The more colorful, the more nutritious (this is true even when choosing which carrots to buy - older ones are losing their colour)... and when you get the nutrition (instead of calories) your body is craving, you will feel satisfied and not overeat. :)
GREEN is our FEELING intelligence - adding Green into our lives in any way is helpful for our loving thoughts and strengthening relationships with ourselves and others: From eating Green food to wearing Green clothing, to adding Green touches into our environment (maybe painting a wall - or adding a few green plants, which also will add oxygen into our space!).
Other tangible ways of adding the Green frequency into our lives include:
ESSENTIAL OILS: Eucalyptus, Cedarwood & Pine
LIGHT SPRAYS: Spray up and walk into the mist to balance and increase your Green energy.
GEMSTONE BRACELETS: Wear Green Aventurine - to increase your Green energy - especially for Love/ Compassion & Peace.
