This little Ap is so cute - there are SO many quotes that you can download and then resend to whoever you feel needs a little lift that day!   One of  Shawn Achor's 5 "Happiness Habits" is praising or thanking someone each day in your life by email or text - huge ripple affect...  this little Ap is great for that! :)
There is a famous quote from Victor Hugo that I love that exemplifies this very beautifully, "To love another person is to see the face of God."   Bringing  Godly energy into your life definitely will bring your vibe up - that's why people who are first "in love" totally look like they are glowing - we all need to keep that glow alive... 

 Lord’s Prayer Words that are the Green Frequency:   "As we forgive those who trespass us."  (of course if we are full of the loving green frequency, we are easily able to forgive and love those who least deserve it.)

 Green's Movie of the Month:   GreenBook... based on a true story.  It's an amazing movie about opening peoples eyes around the concepts of:  snobbery, emotional frigidity, racism, and ignorance... only to find love, friendship, caring  and forgiveness, the root core of all relationships that we have with anyone in the world.

Green Feng Shui:
Of course, green is right beside yellow, which is at the centre of the bagua in Feng Shui.  If you walk in your front door, it will be on the left side of the centre.   So adding green  to this area is helpful to bring renewal, fresh energy, and new beginnings. ... It is a springtime colour and adds freshness.. just like it would add freshness to a relationship, every time you are able to forgive and begin anew...  Green is very nourishing to your health, as it calms your nerves and balances your whole body by bringing healing feng shui vibrations from Mother Nature. The meaning of green is often associated with calming, balancing, healing, relaxing and tranquil—it is the most restful color on the eye. Green represents growth, vitality, abundance, and nature. The color green also stimulates positivity and is very inspiring.

BODY/MIND/SOUL extra:

"Letting Go of Judgement" - HUGE!!!      

OK so this is a fine line... We are told not to judge - yet we must be able to "discern" who/what is good for us...  
This is what we need to remember:  We only need to even think about discernment when it comes to something/someone that truly affects US...  We need to do this without needing to make others "bad"... but rather what they are doing, being in their company, etc. is just not good for us "right now"...  People/situations can heal & change (even us!!), so we need to keep open to that... Even "toxic" people change... (which generally means you've definitely discerned that being around them is not good for you as long as they stay the same)...  
We can not be in LOVE vibe when we are in JUDGING vibe...  so let it go... it's not our job!  Accepting what is... that is KEY! :) 

​Love/Forgiveness/Caring GREEN is at the middle of the rainbow - this is the "Give/Receive" centre in your life - where the flow of  BOTH must work well so you feel accepting & "neutral" & truly "let go" of judgement... Here are some exercises to be sure you get this in balance:

Give:  You must LOVE/FORGIVE/CARE for yourself 1st - otherwise it's literally impossible to give that to others...(Oxygen mask on yourself first scenario...)  So EVERY day make sure you plan & do one thing to "treat" yourself and show yourself some LOVE - something you look forward to when you wake up (whatever that is - making your favourite coffee, reading, going for a walk, having a nap, etc...).  Filling your cup first allows you to be able to love/forgive and care for others more in your life!  Say "sorry" and explain to yourself & others how you'll try to change when you make mistakes.  Mistakes are for learning so be thankful for the lesson, let go and move on...

Receive:  Forgive yourself for anytime you"slip" up... we ALL slip up because we are human and not perfect!   There has only been one perfect person who has ever lived on this earth, and that was Jesus,  so don't forget to hug yourself & quit being so hard on yourself! When someone offers you something or gives you a gift - acknowledge it and receive it with thanks... realize how much you deserve the gift and how blessed you are that others love & care about you & want to share with you (even compliments are a gift!). 

As you work through the above exercises,  you will start to realize that the more you quit judging yourself and get "YOU" sorted out (focusing first on LOVING, FORGIVING & CARING about you... ) then you are more easily able to accept & care for "OTHERS" no matter what they do, realizing that the behaviour they have is only because of their own internal pain/grief, etc.   Focusing LESS on others as you realize it's really MORE about you will help you in so many ways as you witness negative feelings dissipate within you...   watch the "jealousy" (green with envy) dissipate,  watch the "judgement" of others dissipate, watch the  "you hurt me" dissipate, watch the "pride" dissipate, etc. etc.... and feel your "happy" and "contentment" vibe start to soar which allows you to be happy for others too... :)    

The day you completely accept and quit judging yourself, realizing that you are not perfect is the day you'll quit judging others...
The day you completely love yourself, focusing on what's great about you, is the day you will truly love others... 
The day you completely forgive yourself, realizing that you will make mistakes is the day you will learn to forgive others...

QUESTION TO ASK YOURSELF?:  If you could "let go" of any negative thoughts about someone, who would that be?   Does it not  seem weird to let someone else have "power" over you by not forgiving them?  Can you recognize that not forgiving someone else doesn't affect them at all, but rather is in fact hurting you?   Have you forgiven yourself for every mistake you've ever made?
