Indigo Affirmations:  
I AM UNDERSTANDING.  I AM INTUITIVE.
THE BLUE BOX BELOW CONTAINS YOUR DAILY HAVE TOs - WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING LISTED EVERY DAY!
The Blue Box NEVER CHANGES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!!
DAILY  8's - HAVE TO's : (Remember 8-8-8)
  • say  2 Affirmations above X 4 times/day  =  8 Affirmations/day  
Out loud with confidence while holding your hands just under your chest area above your belly button.    (Morning or evening,  and when having your 3 meals/day - great times to do along with Grace - Close your eyes - hold each Affirmation for 17 seconds!)
  • ​drink 8 cups of water/day -  (helpful for your body to adjust to the changes in your energy that are happening)  
(2 cups first thing in the morning, then 2 cups again at each mealtime - easy to remember - you can bless your water too!)
  • lay flat on your back (on a bed or on the floor) 8 minutes/day -  (give your body a chance to assimilate the changes)
   (The Yoga Morning Glory below has this- so if you integrate Yoga into your day, you will be doing this - otherwise just do it alone!)

-Spontaneous Hugs to Yourself - saying "I Love Myself" WHENEVER you notice yourself doing something GREAT for yourself! xo
FUN FACT:  An 8 on it's side is the mathematical symbol for "infinity" and never ending "abundance"!  The Daily 8's above are NB!)

​Each month, you will find out what practices resonate with you to anchor your transformation...  Start with one and add as each becomes a part of your routine.  These can keep building each month -  so BABY steps.....   and don't worry if you're not doing it ALL - No worries - this is not a race...  Just keep having the intentions and more and more will become a part of your life! It takes a while to create great habits and routines.   This program is about YOU, so do what works for YOU!

INDIGO'S THEME ACTIVITY:
Indigo Understanding/Idea jar
BLUE'S CHECK-IN:
Ask yourself "Can I forgive myself for times that I was not truthful to myself and others?"   "Can I forgive others, knowing the truth about them?"  If there's anything niggling... do another honesty ritual activity and burn the paper again...  
* GREEN CHECK-IN:  Think about if there is anyone you need to either  forgive or "let go" because there seems to be some unresolved/uncomfortable energy when you think of them.  Do a cord-dissolving exercise for this.

*YELLOW CHECK-IN:  As you look at your Envision Board (hopefully daily!),  over time, you can decide what things might need to be added (or even taken away) as you resonate with each part of what you really want in your life!   What more do you need to UNDERSTAND?

*ORANGE CHECK-IN:  Continue to declutter anything that needs to "go"...  Ask "Is this person/thing truly beneficial for me?"  If not, chuck it!! We are getting rid of baggage... there's no room for Joy if there's Baggage...   say "I'm understanding more about what brings me JOY!"

​*RED CHECK-IN:  DREAMS/GOALS -- Look at your "Dear God" Dreams and Goals and see if any baby steps have started...  otherwise start making intentions - write in your Journal anything you need to add or change.   Baby steps towards goals that  you UNDERSTAND to be your truth and destiny!!

Extra Activities, fun: 

You can choose any time to do these below, but I  do my "FUN" on the weekends - it always gives me something to look forward to! ​ 
​Do what you have time for - and promise me that you won't worry if you don't get to doing it all.....  
DON'T FORGET -- TRULY ANYTHING BEYOND DOING THE DAILY'S AND WEEKLY'S ABOVE IS PURE BONUS!!!! xo
​BOOK OF THE MONTH:  "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle - a book about the importance of being mindful in the present moment for a full "understanding" of your life and the peace and happiness you deserve.  It's the state that all children are in and it is bliss.... Yayyyyyy.
ART FUN:  Write your 2 Affirmations  in ANY way you'd like - and decorate with drawings/shapes/etc. around  - colour them however you'd like - (crayons or paint on canvas, etc),  hang somewhere that you see it and take a photo for your phone's lock-screen wallpaper
INDIGO's DARE:   Try Meditating every day - One of my favourite meditations is the "Receiving Meditation" in the Evening Serenity where you truly ask questions and wait for the answers to come into your mind.  The more you are able to get into this habit (however you choose to meditate - there's no right or wrong, whether it's guided or silent, etc.),the more your intuition will speak to you,  but there has been research that says 20 minutes/day is best!  The more your "higher self" or the "divinity" within is able to communicate with you consciously... the benefits and realizations, and "a ha" moments during this practice will become more profound as you create more of a habit of taking time to "go within" to find a greater understanding of yourself  and the world around you. As a child, your whole life was based around your intuition - now we need to "reengage" this muscle - but in order to do it, we first need to "slow down..." It's there!!!
INDIGO's DOUBLE DARE:  Try and remember a dream that you had - take a guess about what it means, then look it up - see if your intuition/insight about the meaning was right (often it will be!!)... You are wiser than you know!  Dreams have so much meaning...  :)
NUTRITION CHALLENGE:   This is in the Morning Glory, but as you're getting used to a habit of a little Apple Cider Vinegar in your water, first thing in the morning, start drinking warm lemon water. It is the absolute best thing for you to kickstart your day - and truly the benefits are far too numerous to mention here:  maintains your PH, fights infections, good for digestion, detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, cleanses liver, etc.  It's been proven to cleanse the body, however I have found that it also clears the mind and is very helpful prior to  meditation.
INDIGO is our  INTUITIVE  intelligence - adding Indigo  into our lives in any way is helpful for learning to understand our true selves and others more,  and to be able to release our fears and anxieties.  From eating Indigo  food to wearing Indigo clothing, to adding Indigo  touches into our environment, connects you to your soul,  inner truth and wisdom, and inspires you to discover more of who you really are. 

​Other tangible ways of adding the Indigo frequency into our lives include:
ESSENTIAL OILS:   Patchouli, Myrrh, and Frankincense
LIGHT SPRAYS:  Spray up and walk into the mist to balance and increase your Indigo energy.
GEMSTONE BRACELETS:  Wear  Amethyst - to increase your Indigo  energy - especially for Meditation, Intuition, and Empathy.

INDIGO CHAKRADANCE - Chakradance is often called "Dance Yoga" - opening up your body in each colour's energy centre!

FUN FACT:  Shutting off your mind is the only way your intuition can work - so you need to slow down... maybe get into nature... It's about TRUSTING your feelings as Einstein said, "I believe in Intuitions and Inspirations... I sometimes feel that I am right.  I do not know that I am."
