- The actual content is all on my website with your own personal login - so whether you have Facebook or not doesn't matter. You will receive Emails, and as well, there is a Private Facebook Platform, where your participation with any comments, etc. is not shared with anyone else on Facebook other than people that are in the program.
- I STRONGLY suggest getting a friend to join with you - it helps to motivate each other & do the course together to help keep each other accountable and on track!! :)
