WEEKLY "have to" WEEDING
*Posted on Tuesday - you have all week! ​
These are your Color Corrections - Picking out the grey weeds to get your flower garden and your colours bright and beautiful! 
Orange Affirmations:  
I AM JOY.    I AM FUN. 
THE BLUE BOX CONTAINS  YOUR DAILY HAVE TOs - WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING LISTED EVERY DAY!
DAILY  HAVE TO's : 
  • say  above affirmations 4 times/day  =  takes 4 minutes of your day... 
Out loud with confidence while holding your hands just under your chest area above your belly button.    (Morning or evening,  and when having your 3 meals/day - great times to do along with Grace - Close your eyes - hold each Affirmation for 17 seconds!)
  • ​drink 8 cups of water/day -  (helpful for your body to adjust to the changes in your energy that are happening)  
(2 cups first thing in the morning, then 2 cups again at each mealtime - easy to remember - you can bless your water too!)
  • lay flat on your back (on a bed or on the floor) 8 minutes/day -  (give your body a chance to assimilate the changes)
   (The Yoga Morning Glory below has this- so if you integrate Yoga into your day, you will be doing this - otherwise just do it alone!)

-Spontaneous Hugs to Yourself - saying "I Love Myself" WHENEVER you notice yourself doing something GREAT for yourself! xo

Morning Glory prepares your body/mind/soul to have a beautiful day!
Evening Serenity 
 prepares your body/mind/soul for a restful sleep!
These daily exercises can keep building each month -  so BABY steps.....   and don't worry if you're not doing it ALL - it takes a while to create great habits!  No worries - this is not a race...  Just keep having the intentions and more and more will become a part of your life!

AND lastly - your monthly theme activities:

ORANGE's THEME ACTIVITY - is decluttering your house... start to get rid of the "baggage" that's weighing you down.  (Pick one room in the house (or even one drawer....)  Baby steps... and have FUN with it!!!   This is huge and has been scientifically proven to lessen stress and give you more of a sense of freedom and ease in your life.   If you need to hire someone to help you - DO IT!  It will be worth every cent!  
Once you've taken away some "heavy" which always feels like "responsibility" (the more stuff we have the more weight there is), then please take some time to decorate your mirror - with painting it, or with markers, gluing on Jewels or whatever else you'd like so it is uniquely YOURS! Special - and only for you!    Then in your Journal - draw your mirror with you as a child looking back at you with a huge smiling face.   Around this write down (or draw) all of the things you used to do as a kid - climbing trees, making mud pies, etc.... 
 
Without worry of any responsibilities at all - have fun with this and "pretend" you have all of the time in the world...  like a child - carefree and not feeling so weighed down with responsibilities like an adult always thinking about the "to do" list!   ENJOY it... each moment... 

*RED CHECK-IN:  DREAMS/GOALS -- Look at your "Dear God" Dreams and Goals and see if any baby steps have started...  otherwise start making intentions - write in your Journal anything you need to add or change.   Do you have enough "fun" planned in your "Dear God?"


​Extra Activities, fun: 

You can choose any time to do these below, but I  do my "FUN" on the weekends - it always gives me  something to look forward to! ​ 
​Do what you have time for - and promise me that you won't worry if you don't get to doing it all.....
DON'T FORGET -- TRULY ANYTHING BEYOND DOING THE DAILY'S AND WEEKLY'S ABOVE IS PURE BONUS!!!! xo
​BOOK OF THE MONTH:    "How To Stop Worrying & Start Living" by Dale Carnegie  - amazing read and to implement into your life! :)
ART FUN:  Write your 2 Affirmations in ANY way you'd like - and decorate with drawings/shapes/etc. around - colour them however you'd like - hang somewhere that you see it and take a photo for your  phone's lock-screen wallpaper
ORANGE's DOUBLE DARE:  Sing and dance in the kitchen no matter who is looking!!  (If that's typical for you - try it either naked or try it in the Grocery store!)  Also laugh for a minute straight as often as you can - if you're not feeling it, just start & the real laughter will come! :)
NUTRITION CHALLENGE:  Eat less starch  -  all starch turns to sugar...  So often this will mean less white flour, less pasta, etc.
ORANGE is our Sensing & Social Intelligence - - adding Orange into our lives in any way is helpful for our social life:  From eating Orange food to wearing Orange clothing, to adding Orange touches into our home or office environment.  

Other tangible ways of adding the Orange frequency into our lives include:
​ESSENTIAL OILS:  Orange Blend -Orange, Lemon Grass & Neroli  - put 2drops/tsp of any oil (I use Coconut oil) put anywhere on body.  
LIGHT SPRAYS:  Spray up and walk into the mist to increase your Orange energy.
GEMSTONE BRACELETS:  Wear Carnelian - to increase your Orange energy - especially for Joy, Happiness and Humour.
