White Light's Affirmations:
I AM FREEDOM.  I AM PEACE.
THE BLUE BOX BELOW CONTAINS YOUR DAILY HAVE TOs - WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING LISTED EVERY DAY!
The Blue Box NEVER CHANGES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!!
DAILY  8's - HAVE TO's : (Remember 8-8-8)
  • say  2 Affirmations above X 4 times/day  =  8 Affirmations/day  
Out loud with confidence while holding your hands just under your chest area above your belly button.    (Morning or evening,  and when having your 3 meals/day - great times to do along with Grace - Close your eyes - hold each Affirmation for 17 seconds!)
  • ​drink 8 cups of water/day -  (helpful for your body to adjust to the changes in your energy that are happening)  
(2 cups first thing in the morning, then 2 cups again at each mealtime - easy to remember - you can bless your water too!)
  • lay flat on your back (on a bed or on the floor) 8 minutes/day -  (give your body a chance to assimilate the changes)
   (The Yoga Morning Glory below has this- so if you integrate Yoga into your day, you will be doing this - otherwise just do it alone!)

-Spontaneous Hugs to Yourself - saying "I Love Myself" WHENEVER you notice yourself doing something GREAT for yourself! xo
FUN FACT:  An 8 on it's side is the mathematical symbol for "infinity" and never ending "abundance"!  The Daily 8's above are NB!)

​Each month, you will find out what practices resonate with you to anchor your transformation...  Start with one and add as each becomes a part of your routine.  These can keep building each month -  so BABY steps.....   and don't worry if you're not doing it ALL - No worries - this is not a race...  Just keep having the intentions and more and more will become a part of your life! It takes a while to create great habits and routines.   This program is about YOU, so do what works for YOU!

AND lastly - your monthly theme activity:

WHITE LIGHT'S ACTIVITY:   "Free to BE" at PEACE exercise.  Pretending in any area of your life tells you that a colour frequency is not in balance and shining as it should be.  Write a letter - then SHARE (verbally or over a phone call) with a few people in your life  what your new possibility is that you have made for yourself with being honest with yourself and others about where you plan to make changes for yourself (helps keep you accountable and brings others along in your journey of growth).  Make sure it is very authentic and touches/moves them and explains how you've been pretending in any area of your life  (ex... I've been pretending that.... when in fact...).    Explain the impact being inauthentic has had on you (and possibly them too), and how changing will bring you more happiness & peace that you are excited to share with them in your life.  Let go of past restraints and Declare your new truth... (ex. I am happy, I am fun, I am confident, I am... etc.)  Promise yourself to have the integrity to "show up" in life as you have declared - by acting and BEing consistent with your new truth!  
VIOLET'S CHECK-IN:    Write a letter from God back to you... :)
INDIGO'S CHECK-IN:   Use your "intuition" to tell you which colours you think could use a little more work on to increase their presence in your life.  Write out in your journal how you've come to understand this..
BLUE'S CHECK-IN:
Ask yourself "Can I be authentic about my truth of being "low" in certain colours?"   Can I be open about where I might be "low" and make the choice to start making a change?
* GREEN CHECK-IN:   Last chance for any unresolved/uncomfortable energy when you think of someone.  Do a cord-dissolving exercise to free you from this energy that you no longer need holding you down that is stopping your LOVE vibration.  

*YELLOW CHECK-IN:  As you look at your Vision Board (hopefully daily!),  over time, you can decide what things might need to be added (or even taken away) as you resonate with each part of what you really want in your life!  Where do you see Freedom and Peace?  Add a peace sign somewhere!

*ORANGE CHECK-IN:  Last chance to continue to declutter anything that feels needs to "go"...  Ask "Is this person/thing truly beneficial for me?"  If not, chuck it!! We are getting rid of baggage... there's no room for Freedom  if there's Baggage holding you down...   say "I'm understanding more about what brings me Freedom, Peace and JOY!"

​*RED CHECK-IN:  DREAMS/GOALS -- Look at your "Dear God" Dreams and Goals and see where your  baby steps have started to take you ...  start making more intentions - add or change  any Dreams and Goals you see that need some revamping -   Don't forget - ACTION needs to happen for you to arrive at  your destiny where Freedom and Peacefulness resides!!

Extra Activities, fun: 

You can choose any time to do these below, but I  do my "FUN" on the weekends - it always gives me something to look forward to! ​ 
​Do what you have time for - and promise me that you won't worry if you don't get to doing it all.....  
DON'T FORGET -- TRULY ANYTHING BEYOND DOING THE DAILY'S AND WEEKLY'S ABOVE IS PURE BONUS!!!! xo
​BOOK OF THE MONTH:  "Being in Balance"  by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer  - an inspirational work showing how to restore balance in every aspect of your life by offering principles for realigning your thoughts so that they correspond with your highest desires.  Lots of discussion around love being the centre of everything - and also being in the right "vibrational" balance to live your best self!
ART FUN:  Write your 2 Affirmations  in ANY way you'd like - and decorate with drawings/shapes/etc. around  - colour them however you'd like - (crayons or paint on canvas, etc),  hang somewhere that you see it and take a photo for your phone's lock-screen wallpaper
WHITE LIGHT's DARE:   Decide to really be "free" by letting go of any "issues" with your parents or your children... Love that is being stifled is bringing you out of balance and you need to make peace with those closest to you.   Journal it/Write a letter/Talk to them - whatever it takes - but be GENEROUS in your love for them so these issues can truly dissolve... LOVE and FEAR cannot coexist so the resistance where fears exist will disappear...  White and Green energies are very interlinked.... with Green's Love energy being at the centre of everything, it makes sense that this colour is CRUCIAL to being balanced in every way and allowing your white light to shine!!!  Emotions show your vibration and alignment - so getting your love vibes higher will get you shining brighter - where freedom, peace, joy and happiness are!
WHITE LIGHT's DOUBLE DARE:  Decide one way you can increase your lowest colour's energy.... and STOP the "Some Day I'll do that..."   Do it NOW... whatever you know you need to do to get more balance.   Decide to Do it Now - also whatever you need to do to feel at peace with yourself and others...  Forgive yourself - forgive others - let go of the "shadows" that are tainting  your rainbow  and the essence of your beautiful white light soul within that can't move forward until you choose Freedom and Peace by making those changes.
NUTRITION CHALLENGE:   Don't "Diet" - just eat a balanced colourful "diet" - Lots of vegetables is always good, and the most essential  supplements everyone needs is Omega-3s and Vitamin D (no - you can't take too much!).  Otherwise your food will give you the nutrients you need.  When you are eating the right foods you won't feel "hungry"... Eating unhealthy foods creates more "hunger" & a vicious cycle.
WHITE LIGHT  is our  BALANCED  intelligence - adding White into our lives in any way is helpful in keeping us balanced.  From eating White food to wearing white clothing, to adding white  touches into our environment, ... white helps us to "go with the flow" of life and limits the amount of  "darkness" that can  interfere with our days... White allows energy to "pass through" so it can't hold onto "heavy" energy (from other people, etc.) and allows you (if you're wearing it) and your spaces (if you add white) room to breath and feel "light."

​Other tangible ways of adding the White Light  frequency into our lives include:
ESSENTIAL OILS:   Rainbow Blend (Orange, Lemon, Lime, Champs, Vanilla, Myrrh & Jasmine) - for Unity, balance and enlightenment.
LIGHT SPRAYS:  Spray up and walk into the mist to balance and increase your White energy.
GEMSTONE BRACELETS:  Wear the bracelets that correspond with the colours that you are "low" in to help balance your energies.
