Yellow Affirmations:  
​I AM CONFIDENCE.  I AM OPTIMISTIC. 
THE BLUE BOX BELOW CONTAINS  YOUR DAILY HAVE TOs - WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING LISTED EVERY DAY!
The Blue Box NEVER CHANGES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!!
DAILY  8's - HAVE TO's : (Remember 8-8-8)
  • say  2 Affirmations above X 4 times/day  =  8 Affirmations/day  
Out loud with confidence while holding your hands just under your chest area above your belly button.    (Morning or evening,  and when having your 3 meals/day - great times to do along with Grace - Close your eyes - hold each Affirmation for 17 seconds!)
  • ​drink 8 cups of water/day -  (helpful for your body to adjust to the changes in your energy that are happening)  
(2 cups first thing in the morning, then 2 cups again at each mealtime - easy to remember - you can bless your water too!)
  • lay flat on your back (on a bed or on the floor) 8 minutes/day -  (give your body a chance to assimilate the changes)
   (The Yoga Morning Glory below has this- so if you integrate Yoga into your day, you will be doing this - otherwise just do it alone!)

-Spontaneous Hugs to Yourself - saying "I Love Myself" WHENEVER you notice yourself doing something GREAT for yourself! xo
FUN FACT:  An 8 on it's side is the mathematical symbol for "infinity" and never ending "abundance"!  The Daily 8's above are NB!)

​Each month, you will find out what practices resonate with you to anchor your transformation...  Start with one and add as each becomes a part of your routine.  These can keep building each month -  so BABY steps.....   and don't worry if you're not doing it ALL - No worries - this is not a race...  Just keep having the intentions and more and more will become a part of your life! It takes a while to create great habits and routines.   This program is about YOU, so do what works for YOU!

AND lastly - your monthly theme activity:

YELLOW'S THEME ACTIVITY - is creating an "Envision Your Masterpiece" Board.   This Board will be one of the most powerful tools to manifest your life's desires.  Get a big bristle board (you can find one at any dollar store).  Get any magazines that you can get ahold of (if you don't have magazines, get a bunch of printer ink and you can find images on the internet).  Taking the time to think about what you want (you can use you Dreams/Goals "Dear God" for ideas) and cutting out images to glue on a board is very powerful.  Areas to think about are Values, Career/Finances, Health, Relationships, Home, Travel, Free Time, Education, Spirituality, Social Life, etc.  It has been proven that what you focus on expands... Thoughts become things.  Visualizing your dreams and goals will make them become your reality!   If you put this board where you can see it on a day to day basis, this can truly change your future, because you will start bringing these things into your life.  By placing your Board in a visible place, it helps you  to "see" and "visualize" these ideas so it's like doing a short visualization exercise (like we do in our Evening Serenity) each time you look at the board.  And again it is about the "feelings" that you want - your board should be more about what you want to "feel" than what you "want", however material things will be included too -- as long as you realize and focus more on the feelings you will have that are associated with the material things.   Otherwise, there are no rules.  You can put on anything that inspires or motivates you.  There can be handwritten notes to yourself on there... quotes, photos, etc... etc...  The purpose is to bring everything on that board to fruition in your life - so make it exactly what you want!!  Be confident and optimistic!!!  And it's great to leave a little room on it... It gives the feeling of "and there's more to come..." which means it's never finite (and leaves room to physically add to it throughout the year)...  

*ORANGE CHECK-IN:  Declutter anything that you see needs to "go"... baby steps here too...  getting things done is really about starting!!!

​*RED CHECK-IN:  DREAMS/GOALS -- Look at your "Dear God" Dreams and Goals and see if any baby steps have started...  otherwise start making intentions - write in your Journal anything you need to add or change.   Start confidently with a baby step with one of your goals!!

Extra Activities, fun: 

You can choose any time to do these below, but I  do my "FUN" on the weekends - it always gives me  something to look forward to! ​ 
​Do what you have time for - and promise me that you won't worry if you don't get to doing it all.....  
DON'T FORGET -- TRULY ANYTHING BEYOND DOING THE DAILY'S AND WEEKLY'S ABOVE IS PURE BONUS!!!! xo
​BOOK OF THE MONTH:  "Think & Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill.  Self-improvement and personal development book - written in 1937 - about the power of the mind in creating your life's wealth (and not just money),  it's about mastering the mind to create your abundant life! 
ART FUN:  Write your 2 Affirmations  in ANY way you'd like - and decorate with drawings/shapes/etc. around  - colour them however you'd like - (crayons or paint on canvas, etc),  hang somewhere that you see it and take a photo for your phone's lock-screen wallpaper
YELLOW's DARE:  Learn something new this month and share it with the world... or a close friend  ;)   A new recipe (for the non-cooks!), learning a few words in another language, a new technology (like Facebook live),  volunteer to speak, take a course, read a textbook, etc.
NUTRITION CHALLENGE:   Try a little fasting...Gives your body and mind a boost!  14 hours is perfect - not eating after supper works well! Fasting for 24 hours once or twice/week is a huge weight loss reality (book by Brad Pilon, Eat Stop Eat explains why this works so well). 
YELLOW is our Mental Intelligence - adding Yellow  into our lives in any way is helpful for our self-confidence and sunny mind :  From eating Yellow food to wearing Yellow clothing, to adding Yellow touches into our environment (maybe painting a wall - or adding a few Yellow sunflowers or any other yellow flowers in vase). 

​Other tangible ways of adding the Yellow frequency into our lives include:
ESSENTIAL OILS:   Grapefruit & Rosemary - add 2drops to 1 tsp of any oil (I use Coconut oil) -put anywhere on body.  
LIGHT SPRAYS:  Spray up and walk into the mist to balance and increase your Yellow  energy.
GEMSTONE BRACELETS:  Wear Yellow Tiger's Eye - to increase your Yellow  energy - especially for Focus/Self-Confidence/Optimism.
