Tap & Treat
TAP: EFT TAPPING
Total time: 5 minutes
If there was ANYTHING that happened during your day that you felt triggering and you feel has not left your system, take a minute to tap on it to release it before bed.
You can talk out loud as much as you need to on each tapping point - and by the end of it if you don’t feel you got all of your emotions & feelings out and there’s more to say - feel free to start from the beginning & go through the tapping points again.
As you continue in your TLC journey, the EFT will become easier...
So be patient with this... baby steps... :)

“I Love Myself”
TREAT: LOUISE HAY's MIRROR TREATMENT
Look at yourself in a mirror as you read this out loud:
"In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete.
I live in perfect harmony and balance with everyone I know.
Deep at the center of my being, there is an infinite well of love.
I now allow this love to flow to the surface.
It fills my heart, my body, my mind, my consciousness, my very being,
And radiates out from me in all directions and returns to me multiplied.
The more love I use and give, the more I have to give. The supply is endless.
The use of love makes me feel good; it is an expression of my inner joy.
I love myself; therefore I take loving care of my body.
I lovingly feed it nourishing foods and beverages, I lovingly groom it and dress it,
My body lovingly responds to me with vibrant health and energy.
I love myself; therefore, I provide for myself a comfortable home, one that
Fills all my needs and is a pleasure to be in. I fill the rooms with the vibration of love
So that all who enter, myself included, will feel this love and be nourished by it.
I love myself; therefore I work at a job I truly enjoy doing,
one that uses my creative talents and abilities, working with and for people I love
and who love me, and earning a good income.
I love myself; therefore, I behave and think in a loving way to all people for I know
That which I give out returns to me multiplied.
I only attract loving people in my world, for they are a mirror of what I am.
I love myself; therefore, I forgive and totally release the past and all past experiences, and I am free.
I love myself; therefore, I live totally in the now, experiencing each moment as good and knowing that my future is bright, joyous, and secure
For I am a beloved child of the Universe, and the Universe lovingly takes care of me
Now and forever more. All is well in my world."
(Take a few deep breaths and allow all the above words to integrate)

Mirror work has been around forever & it has been proven beneficial in the following areas:
Self-Awareness: Mirror work allows observation of yourself more objectively and gain insight into thoughts, feelings, and behavior. By looking in the mirror, individuals can become more aware of their body language, facial expressions, and emotional responses, leading to greater self-awareness.
Self-Acceptance: Mirror work encourages individuals to practice self-acceptance and self-compassion. By looking in the mirror with kindness and non-judgment, individuals can cultivate a positive self-image and develop greater acceptance of themselves, including their perceived flaws or imperfections.
Positive Affirmations: Mirror work often involves repeating positive affirmations or self-talk while looking at oneself in the mirror. This practice can help individuals challenge negative self-talk and replace it with empowering and affirming statements. Positive affirmations can boost self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-belief.
Emotional Healing: Mirror work can be a powerful tool for emotional healing and self-expression. By looking into their own eyes in the mirror, individuals can connect with their emotions more deeply and express them in a safe and supportive environment. This practice can facilitate emotional release, healing, and transformation.
Body Image and Self-Perception: Mirror work can help individuals improve their self-perception. By focusing on positive aspects of themselves and affirming their worthiness and beauty, individuals can shift their perspective from self-criticism to self-acceptance and appreciation.
Mindfulness and Presence: Mirror work encourages individuals to be fully present in the moment and cultivate mindfulness. By focusing their attention on their reflection in the mirror and practicing self-compassion, individuals can develop a deeper sense of connection with themselves and their inner experiences.
Personal Growth: Mirror work supports personal growth and development by fostering self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. Through regular practice, individuals can develop greater resilience, self-confidence, and inner strength, leading to positive changes in various areas of their lives.
By incorporating mirror work into daily routine, individuals can cultivate a more positive and empowering relationship with themselves and enhance their overall well-being.

Meditate & Visualize
RECEIVING MEDITATION:
Total time: 5 minutes
Hands in prayer position (or on your heart), asking "Dear God, What do I need to know today?"
Answering to yourself (hands outstretched, palms up), "Dear [Your Name], you need to know that… "
Allow whatever comes up - don't think - just talk out loud (you will be surprised at what comes from God, your "higher self", Universe, etc.!)
I've had amazing insight come through with this meditation. EnJOY!
MANIFESTING VISUALIZATION:
Take a second to imagine exactly what you'd like (to see in your life, to embody, to create, to manifest, etc..):
Shut your eyes…
Try to "picture" it as though it’s your current experience…
And try to "feel" it as being real now too! The feeling is MOST important!
Take 2 minutes for this process... SMILE... :)

This practice is commonly used in stress reduction, personal development, and manifestation. Here are several reasons why visualization can be beneficial:
Goal Achievement: Visualization is a powerful tool for clarifying goals and enhancing motivation. By mentally rehearsing desired outcomes and envisioning success, individuals can strengthen their commitment to their goals and increase their likelihood of achieving them.
Stress Reduction: Visualization can be an effective technique for reducing anxiety, depression, and stress. By visualizing peaceful scenes, calming imagery, or pleasant experiences, individuals can activate the body's relaxation response, lower stress hormones, and induce a sense of calmness and well-being by shifting their emotional state from negative to positive.
Confidence Building: Visualization can help individuals build confidence and self-belief by mentally rehearsing success and positive outcomes. By visualizing themselves overcoming challenges, achieving goals, and handling difficult situations with confidence and competence, individuals can bolster their self-confidence and self-efficacy.
Creative Problem-Solving: Visualization can stimulate creativity and innovation by allowing individuals to mentally explore different possibilities, solutions, and scenarios. By visualizing themselves overcoming obstacles or generating new ideas, individuals can tap into their creative potential and find innovative solutions to challenges.
Healing and Recovery: Visualization is used in complementary and alternative medicine practices to support healing and recovery processes. By visualizing the body's innate healing abilities, individuals can activate the mind-body connection and support physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
Manifestation and Law of Attraction: The power of visualization enables the ability to manifest desires and attract positive outcomes. By visualizing specific goals, dreams, or intentions with clarity, focus, and belief, individuals can align their thoughts, emotions, and actions with their desired reality.
By incorporating visualization into their daily routine, individuals can harness the power of their imagination to enhance their overall well-being and achieve their goals.

Gratitude & Prayers
GRATITUDE:
Total Time: 5 minutes
In your Journal, write 3 new things you are grateful for today... and one positive experience you had. In bullet form, write the details about it.
PRAYERS:
Last thing... send Love vibes out, and set an intention or affirmation in your mind for what you want in your life. Consider it already yours... it's the feeling that will create reality...
Your last words / thoughts before drifting off to sleep are very important as your subconscious will be working all night to create whatever it is you've "set in motion"...
Sweet dreams... xo
FUN FACT!
Putting your hands in the prayer position calms your brain, reduces stress and opens your heart!
