What's Included

  • “TLC Soul Sessions” - Group Live Sessions: - offered once/month during the 8 Soul Work content months (March - June and September - December) , on the first Friday afternoon of the month for 2 hours (starting at 1pm CST- Saskatchewan time zone) online via Zoom.  If you happen to miss, don’t worry—you'll have access to the recorded replays!  Includes coaching, exercises, experiences & connection.  Live retreat-style afternoons for connection, grounding & integration. They’ll include a combination of the following: Crystal Singing Bowls , Guided meditations, Soul Art (crayon art) , Chakradance, EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique), Journaling, Coaching, Group connection, Clearing Exercises, Prayer, and other activities related to the month’s content…and of course time for sharing with each other and also Q&A time during each session…

  • Weekly Lessons in Modules - 52 lessons - one for every week of the year… a deep dive & structured learning into all of the Soul Work content. Structured learning with a guided focus on all parts of TLC step by step from the beginning to the end of the course. 1st year (the Foundation year) has extra videos for each step of the way.
